Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Rates Hourly Rate: $50/hour (3-hour minimum) Day Rate: $500 for up to 10 hours Weekly Rate: Set according to the applicable day rate schedule Rates cover the use of the building only. Additional services (sound, lighting, staff, etc.) may be available by arrangement and are subject to separate fees. 30 min load in/load out time included. 2. Payment, Deposits, and Scheduling Full payment is required to secure your booking. Dates and times are confirmed once payment is received. The Gee reserves the right to refuse or reschedule bookings based on event type, prior commitments, or community scheduling needs. 3. Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled rental may be refunded or rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the rental will incur a 75% fee of the rental amount paid. Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours prior to their rental with no penalty. No-shows (failure to appear without notice) forfeit 100% of the rental payment.
